Shipping & Cancellations

Orders placed by 2 p.m. M-F EST are processed the same day.  Most items are shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.  Please allow up to 7 days for UPS ground deliveries.  Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and actual shipping cost. 

Domestic Shipping
Gym Girl utilizes UPS and USPS for their domestic shipping needs.  Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping
Gym Girl is happy to announce international shipping.  Rates are calculated based on weight and actual shipping costs.  We utilize USPS for international shipping and customs clearance.  Receiver is responsible for any duties and/or taxes incurred on shipments. 

CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it may be cancelled by 3PM EST Monday - Friday on the order date.  If the order is placed after 3PM EST or on weekends, it may be cancelled by 3PM the following business day.   To cancel an order, email gymgirl@gymgirlapparel.com.  You must receive a confirmation to ensure the order has been cancelled.
